You grant NEXTbite360 a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. NEXTbite360's platform, branding, AI models, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

We collect and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
7. Subscription and Payment
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
8. Data Retention and Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized data may be retained for service improvement.
9. Termination
